Rod has been coming to Wheelchair / chair yoga for 2 years and always been on a mobility scooter, imagine my surprise and absolute delight when he walked into class on his sticks, He said that he had YOGA to thank for his strength not only in body but more importantly his mind,
87 yr old Joe touches the ground, first time in many years,
So very proud of himself and so he should be Great Effort.
